After more than a decade working in the fast-paced world of hospitality, I knew there had to be a better way for business owners to manage their finances and thrive. Like so many in the industry, I saw how tight margins, long hours, and constant firefighting left little room for growth—or profit.

That’s what inspired me to step away from the kitchen and start looking at hospitality through a new lens. Combining my real-world experience with financial expertise, I launched Evans & Co Hospitality Accountants to tackle the challenges business owners face head-on.

But I didn’t stop there.

Recognising that traditional accounting often leaves business owners with more questions than answers, I became a Certified Profit First Professional. Profit First offers a simple yet revolutionary way to prioritise profitability, giving business owners the clarity and control they need to grow sustainably—without sacrificing quality or their sanity.

My goal is to help hospitality businesses build stronger foundations, implement sustainable processes, and, most importantly, put profit first. By shifting the focus to what truly matters, I empower owners to regain control, reduce stress, and build businesses that reward their hard work—not drain it.
